      1. Sunday Salon:

         1. 1. When to start: Discuss after Wednesday Meeting

         2. 2. Master Student pick a film in complementary to their presentation. In collaboration with the Film Club

      4. Subcommittees: need to decide by next meeting

      5. Admissions:

         1. Goal: To seek a fairer process

         2. Questions: should student rep be from within student council or open to the entire 4th year class?

            1. Idea of representation: representing the interest of the student body

            2. More emphasis on the structure of committee to protect the meritocracy of school…: should be a representative who attends all meetings

         3. Pertaining to the Vote Made on 4/28/13

            1. “Nominated member of the incoming 4th year student does not have to be a member of the student council. Student Council members (excluding the incoming 4th years) will vote”

               1.  Invalid

               2. According to the Architecture Student Council Constitution:

                  •  If we want to change amend the constitution, we need the entire school to vote and a 51% majority will be needed in order to change the governance

         4. For now: Solution:

            • Discuss situation with the rest of the class. If a student disagrees with the constitution, then they submit a proposal and bring it to Student Council so we can discuss from there

         5. Deadline: Until the meeting on October 13. Otherwise, we will take one final look at the subcommittees and all proposals pertaining to the student representative on the Admissions Committee will be for the following year

   2. Activities

      • Pumpkin Carving

        1. When: Friday October 25

        2. Where: Outside Foundation Building

        3. How: Joey sign

        4. Need t o purchase: carving tools and approximately 30 pumpkins

        5. Double check with Lisa from Student Services Maya

   3. Events

      • Faculty Debates or Talks

        1. 1. We propose a topic and have faculty who are interested “sign up” or

        2. 2. We approach faculty and ask then which projects or themes they are interested in talking about

        2. Art School – Shop Techs

        3. Joey ask; suggestion of time frame before December ideally on Thursday nights or during club hours on Tuesday, confirm with Monica
