1. Architecture Student Council petitions the Alumni Council Constitution Committee to amend Article III. Membership> Section 1. of the CUAA constitution and by-laws which currently reads:

 

"Graduates of The Cooper Union and former students who were not graduated but who shall have matriculated and attended at least one year, left The Cooper Union in good standing, and whose classes shall have been graduated, shall be members of the Association."

1. Architecture Student Council petitions the Alumni Council Constitution Committee to amend Article III. Membership> Section 1. of the CUAA constitution and by-laws which currently reads:

   1. Existing:"Graduates of The Cooper Union and former students who were not graduated but who shall have matriculated and attended at least one year, left The Cooper Union in good standing, and whose classes shall have been graduated, shall be members of the Association."

   2. Proposed amendment:"Members of the Association shall be the following: -Graduates of The Cooper Union,- Former students who were not graduated but who shall have matriculated and attended at least one year, left The Cooper Union in good standing, and whose classes shall have been graduated,-Current matriculated students who are expected to graduate with a degree in their respective majors at the end of the academic year.

   3. Results: voted on, unanimously

2. Architecture Student Council petitions the Alumni Council Constitution Committee to consider that when matters to be voted on pertain specifically to the respective schools, ballots should be weighted based on the current size of the school. They should be weighted in such a way so as to reflect an equal voice from each school.

3. A sub committee was formed to carry out the election of a fifth year student representative to the Alumni Council in time for the meeting on Tuesday and on May 21st.

   1. Committee members are: Leila, Karim, and Oliver and they will carry out the election of a fifth year student representative
